Lee Gardens x First Initiative Foundation FURRYTALES – Cosy Christmas Terms & Conditions

1.    Please present e-Ticket at the Cosy Christmas reception to attend the session on the designated date, time and location. Latecomers will not be admitted.

2.    Each e-Ticket can be used once only.

3.    Registration will be closed accordingly without prior notice when quotas are filled.

4.    Participants are responsible for checking their schedules before registration. Once the registration is completed, changes will not be accepted. If the participant fails to attend, he/ she will be considered to have waived his/her eligibility, and the e-ticket will not be refunded.

5.    To safeguard public health, all participants must wear face masks, and must sanitize their hands before entering the venue. The staff reserves the right to refuse entry to any participant whose body temperature is 37°C or higher, or who is not wearing a face mask. Participants who have a fever or other influenza-like symptoms cannot participate in this activity.

6.    If you have travelled outside Hong Kong in the past 14 days or are wearing a home quarantine tracking wristband, please wait until your quarantine period is over before visiting.

7.    “LeaveHomeSafe” QR Codes are available at entrance, participants must scan it before entering the venue.

8.    Pets are allowed inside the venue but the staff reserves the final right to not allow an item or object to be brought into the venue. If a participant does not observe the rules, disturbs the order, or causes a disturbance to other participants, the staff reserves the right to disqualify the relevant person, request that they stop their activity and leave the venue immediately, and/or forbid them from entering the venue again.

9.    No food and drink are allowed in the venue.

10. The programme is subject to change or cancellation without prior notice due to weather or other special circumstances. Please follow the instructions and arrangements on site, and details will be announced on the First Initiative Foundation official website and social media (https://www.instagram.com/fif.hk/).

11. This e-Ticket cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash, or exchange for other reward or stamp.

12. This e-Ticket will not be re-issued if lost or damaged.

13. Hysan Marketing Services Limited and First Initiative Foundation shall not give any warranty, representation or guarantee, and shall have no liability whatsoever in respect to the event or related materials.

14. Hysan Marketing Services Limited and First Initiative Foundation shall not take any responsibility and shall not assume any liability, either directly or indirectly, for any loss, injury, death, special incidental or consequential damage that may be suffered by any guests or third parties arising from their participation or presence in the event.

Hysan Marketing Services Limited and First Initiative Foundation reserves the right to end or extend the programme and/or to modify, revise or change any of these terms and conditions at any time, without any prior notice and without incurring any liability to any party whatsoever. In case of any disputes, the decision of the First Initiative Foundation shall be final.
